Who will sign your Marriage License

June 13, 2016

In the state of Texas, weddings do not require any one to stand as any witness.

However, many of the Marriage Licenses in Texas are old documents and still have a place for two witnesses to sign.

Think about who you want to sign your document.

They must be present at the wedding, eighteen years or older and willing to sign.

Make it a special moment with your photographer capturing their signing in pictures.

You can get your Marriage License no sooner than 90 days before your wedding date and no later than 72 hours at any County Clerks office is that State of Texas.
