Here is a list of most of the common identifications and policies that you will typically need to change.
There may be more based on your personal needs.
Drivers License. Most states require you to change it with in a specific time frame. Don't get caught and end up with a ticket.

Bank and Savings and Loan Accounts.
Forwarding Address if you've moved
All you "Membership" services. Fitness Clubs, Spas, etc.
Voters Registration Cards
Passports and Visas
Medical and Dental
Work related Policies
If there are children, yours and his, make sure your schools are informed of the marriage and that each of you are on file for pick-up and medical consent. This will also apply to all the children's medical providers. Do it now and not when your in a crisis.
