I'm honored that you have chosen me to be your spokesman on your wedding day! 

 

It's simple to "Book" your event date with just three easy steps. 

 

My first requirement is that we've had an in-person"Meet and Greet" or an on the phone "Meet and Greet" for couples who are out of my local area. 

 

Why is this required? Because I want you to know what you're INVESTING in by booking me! An in-person meeting is the best way to do this. 

 

 

The three steps below will get you "booked" and on my Calendar. All three steps are required to "Save Your Date". Before you start the following steps, it's very important that you read my article on "Obtaining your Marriage License".

Don't want to do an electric Contract? You are always welcome to come to my home office to do the "booking" process in person. I always love an opportunity to see you. I just found that so many of my couples are short on time. By allowing them to sign and fund their Contract in the convenience of their own home or office electronically, I save them time which I have found they are very grateful.

 

 

Please Note: Because of the time and attention required to successfully serve my clients and a promise to deliver exceptional customer service to each and every client, I accept only one client wedding per weekend.

Fill out the form below so I can populate your Contract.

 

 

STEP #2

"FRESHBOOKS"

FUNDS YOUR AGREEMENT

Look for your invoice in your email inbox from me and Freshbooks.

 

Open the Freshbooks invoice.

 

The Freshbooks invoice will allow you to SECURELY fund your Contract with PayPal or Stripes. 

 

Your welcome to make a payment in full but, you only need to pay a deposit of 50% of your total in order to secure your date.

 

Your balance can be paid with Installment Payments below.

 

Just have me paid in full 10 days before your event date and remember, I never charge interest!

 

STEP #3

ELECTRONICALLY

SIGN YOUR CONTRACT

Look for your Contract in your email inbox from me and Hellosign.

 

Open Hellosign.

 

Sign your Contract with your electronic signature.

 

Click "Send" to send it to me.  

 

 

 

Once all three steps are completed, you're done!

 

GENERAL SERVICE POLICY

BOOKING POLICY

Payments for event dates that are 20 days prior to your "Event Date" require payment in full. 

Payments for event dates more than 20 days prior to the "Event Date" may pay a "retainer"(50% of the total event fee) in order to "Save Your Date".

Once your ceremony is booked the Retainer and any add-on fees are non-refundable. 

 

RESERVATION POLICY

 

Your ceremony date is only reserved once your Contract is signed by both parties and your Contract is funded. 

 

CANCELATION POLICY

 

All payments, whether a "Retainer" or "Payment in Full" are non-refundable.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

 

Your event date will be canceled if payment in full is not received according to the "Policies" above. 

Once your Contract is signed and funded...you will receive your "Letter of Acceptance" from me as well as the schedule for the planning and crafting of your custom crafted ceremony.
